Get notified when a cell value changes

To get a notification via Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord or Google Chat when a cell value is changed or updated in Google Sheets you should include a reference using A1 notation to that cell in the range of the check.

For example the check below will send an email notification when the sales total in B2 is greater than $1000.
