If you have upgraded to one of our paid subscription plans and are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email at email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. In almost all cases we will issue you a refund but we reserve the right to do this at our discretion.
Refunds are a much faster route to getting back your money than disputes or chargebacks so please talk to us first.
Refunds for purchases via a credit or debit card typically take 3-5 working days to credit back into your account. Refunds for purchases via PayPal typically take 48 hours to credit back into your account.
